Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid TekMail plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can view invoices, update a payment method, and cancel from the billing area and Stripe customer portal.

Unless a checkout or order form says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access and plan limits remain available through that date. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law or stated in a written order form. If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect, contact us promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside TekMail's control.
