How to report an issue

Email abuse@tekmail.app. Reports are reviewed by the TekMail operator, Lavigne Holdings LLC.

Include the sending address and approximate delivery time.
Attach or paste the complete message headers when available.
Describe the suspected violation and any immediate safety concern.
Do not include passwords, API keys, or unrelated sensitive information.

What happens next

We may inspect delivery records, preserve relevant evidence, suppress recipients, block a message, revoke credentials, suspend a mailbox or account, and coordinate with infrastructure providers or lawful authorities. Recipient complaints on the human-mail service automatically suspend the sending mailbox pending administrator review.
