• Account and organization data, such as names, email addresses, roles, authentication records, and preferences.
• Billing and subscription data. Stripe processes payment-card details; TekMail receives identifiers, status, invoices, and related billing records.
• Customer content, including agent addresses, email bodies, headers, attachments, policies, approvals, and webhook configuration.
• Service data, including API requests, delivery events, security signals, usage totals, device/session information, and diagnostic logs.
• Information you provide when requesting support or reporting abuse.

We use information to provide and secure TekMail; authenticate users and agents; route, store, scan, and deliver mail; apply policies and approvals; administer billing; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot issues; communicate about the service; and comply with law. TekMail does not use customer email content to train a general-purpose AI model.

We disclose data only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, complete a business transaction, protect rights and safety, or comply with law. Current infrastructure providers may include Resend for email delivery and receipt, Stripe for billing, Railway and Vercel for hosting, Bunny.net for attachment storage, and monitoring or security providers enabled for the service.

We do not sell personal information or use customer email content for targeted advertising. Connected webhooks and tools receive data at your direction; their handling is governed by your relationship with them.

We retain information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, backup, dispute, and accounting purposes. Retention can vary by record type, plan, and configuration. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Keep API keys private and configure the narrowest permissions practical.

Account holders can update account details, rotate or revoke agent credentials, change billing information, cancel subscriptions, and delete or export certain content through available product controls. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. We may verify a request before acting on it.

TekMail uses essential cookies and local browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. TekMail also uses limited first-party product analytics to understand visits, time spent on approved page paths, signup progress, plan selection, checkout completion, and core activation. Where applicable law requires prior consent, analytics remains off until you allow it. Elsewhere, this limited product analytics may be enabled by default. We do not enable session replay, broad click or text autocapture, or collection of agent email content for analytics. Campaign parameters and a sanitized referring page may be retained for attribution. You can turn measurement off or reopen Analytics preferences from the website footer. Supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored.

Analytics providers may include PostHog. Google Ads conversion measurement may be enabled when paid campaigns run, but it is not loaded based solely on the regional analytics default; it requires an affirmative analytics choice. Advertising personalization and user-data matching are disabled in TekMail's initial implementation. TekMail is a business and developer service and is not directed to children under 18. If you use the service outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.
