Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use TekMail, directly or through an agent, to:

• send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, harvested-list mail, or messages that violate consent, identification, or opt-out requirements;
• mislead recipients about identity, origin, subject, purpose, or affiliation, or impersonate another person or organization without authorization;
• distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, scams, illegal goods, or instructions intended to compromise people or systems;
• harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil another person;
• evade suppression lists, quotas, rate limits, safety controls, provider rules, or account suspension;
• probe or disrupt TekMail or a third party, access accounts without permission, or expose another customer's data;
• use regulated or highly sensitive data in a way that requires safeguards or agreements TekMail has not expressly provided; or
• violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or recipient preferences.

You must use accurate headers and subjects, identify commercial messages where required, provide a valid sender address, include an effective unsubscribe method, honor opt-outs, and maintain any required consent and suppression records. Human approval settings do not transfer legal responsibility from you to TekMail.

We may investigate reports; rate-limit, quarantine, or block messages; require remediation; suspend credentials or accounts; preserve evidence; and cooperate with providers or lawful authorities. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect recipients or infrastructure. Attempts to bypass enforcement are a separate violation.

Include the sending address, approximate time, message headers if available, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys, or unnecessary sensitive content in an abuse report.
